The Palmetto Eagles Girls 7-on-7 program provides female athletes the opportunity to learn, compete, and lead in a fast-paced, skill-focused version of football designed to build confidence and athletic development. Open to youth athletes, this program emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, leadership, and game awareness in a supportive and empowering environment.
Through structured practices, competitive play, and positive coaching, participants develop passing, route running, defensive coverage, and communication skills while building resilience and self-confidence. The program encourages girls to explore football in a space where they can grow as athletes, support one another, and take pride in their abilities.
