Khayla Dorsey – Executive Director
Khayla Dorsey leads the Taggart Family Foundation with a strong background in nonprofit leadership, program development, and community impact. A first-generation college graduate, she brings extensive experience in grant acquisition, strategic partnerships, workforce development, and youth-centered programming. As Executive Director, Khayla oversees the Foundation’s operations, program expansion, and community partnerships, ensuring initiatives are mission-aligned, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of the communities served.
