Tiara Chesmer-Williams leads Global Inclusive Programs & Partnerships at Visa, shaping worldwide strategies and alliances that advance economic inclusion and expand equitable access for underrepresented communities. She is also the Founder of Deuce Consulting and previously held transformative leadership roles at LVMH, Morgan Stanley, and Blackstone, driving cultural evolution, inclusive strategies, and multicultural engagement across global organizations. Beyond her corporate work, Tiara contributes her expertise as a board member and trusted advisor to organizations committed to innovation, inclusion, and the future of work. She holds a degree in Finance and Business Management from New York University & City College as well as a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Tiara is rooted in and driven by a lifelong commitment to authenticity, equity, and empowering others.
